本教材分為“模擬電子技術基礎”和“數(shù)字電子技術基礎”兩篇。第一篇“模擬電子技術基礎”,包括半導體及二極管應用、基本放大電路、集成運算放大電路。第二篇“數(shù)字電子技術基礎”,包括邏輯代數(shù)的基本概念、組合邏輯電路、時序邏輯電路。本教材以器件的伏安特性或邏輯功能入手,以精典應用模塊電路為實例,展開結(jié)構(gòu)、特性、功能等為一體討論。在力求在保證基礎知識的同時,由淺入深,簡明扼要,理論融合實踐,其特點是以電子技術內(nèi)容為主線,以“學習指導”為開篇,以“理論知識”奠基礎,以“例題求解”助拓展,以“常見問題”強概念,以“各章小結(jié)”示重點,并通過“選擇題”加強基本概念的掌握,通過“習題”注重綜合能力的提高,用較少的篇幅將模擬電子技術和數(shù)字電子技術融為一體,易教、易學、易實踐,有助于學生掌握電子技術基礎。
